Dick Cole is named REALTOR® of the Year for Kosciusko Board of REALTORS®

  Kosciusko Board of Realtors president, Bev Ganshorn and 2008 Realtor of the Year, Judy Brown, recently presented the 2009 Realtor of the Year award to Dick Cole.  Cole has been a member of numerous committees at the local level including multiple listing services, homes magazine, new member forms training and founder of current education committee. Cole currently serves as a MLS director, an education committee member, and member of public relations committee.  Known for his high principles, faithfulness to regulations of the Code of Ethics and furtherance of principles of good real estate practice among fellow practitioners. 

Cole has been a REALTOR for 18 years with over 1,500 closed transactions, holds an Indiana Brokers License and an Education Instructors license.  Following over a decade affiliation with a local national franchise, Cole with his wife Sue founded The Cole Realty Group 2001 in Warsaw and offers full real estate services to Warsaw and surrounding area.
