Affiliate of the Year 2009

Julia Moore of 1st Federal of Rochester named Affiliate of the Year for Kosciusko Board of REALTORS®.

 Kosciusko Board of REALTORS® president, Bev Ganshorn and Affilliate of the Year Committee Chair Jack Maule, recently presented the 2009 Affilliate of the Year award to Julia Moore of 1st Federal of Rochester. Julia & 1st Federal of Rochester have always been there to support projects of the Board whenever they've been called on. 

     Julia is a lifetime Kosciusko resident and has been with 1^st Federal of Rochester since 1995. She has been active with the Kosc. Builders Assoc. since 1991 as well as the Kosciusko Board of REALTORS since 1995. Moore also has been active in Junior Achievement since 2004 and Warsaw Wave Soccer, Kosciusko Cancer Foundation, Kosciusko Animal Welfare League, and has been a member of KBOR Golf Committee for several years.  She has been the TOP loan producer out of 13 full time originators for the last 10 plus years.  Julia has 3 daughters; Jamie, Taylor and Bailey.
