Community Service/Scholarship/Public Relations Committee

This committee is responsible for raising money for community projects. Past and continuing projects include Habitat for Humanity, Scholarships (given to local high school seniors that are going on to college), Shoes & Boots for School Children, and "Bears for bears" (stuffed bears donated to the local police departments for children involved in accidents and incidents). Representatives also attend various community projects as REALTOR® representatives.

Golf Committee

Chair - Tom Tuttle
Co-chair - Jack Maule

This committee is responsible for setting up our yearly golf outing. While it is a great time to get to know your fellow real estate agents and affiliates, it is also a large fundraiser in support of our scholarship program.

Social Committee

Chair - Becky Fox
Co-chair - Holly Tuttle

This committee plans our yearly holiday party, designed to let each member and affiliate mingle with each other in a social atmosphere.

REALTORS® Action Committee (RPAC)

Chair - Joyce Needler

This committee oversees raising funds for the REALTORS® Action Committee each year. This committee also oversees dispersing the funds during local and national elections.

Education Committee

Chair - Kay Young

This committee is responsible for setting up informational programs and continuing education for the board members. This committee is also responsible for maintaining the Board's lending library of informational and inspirational books.

Affiliate Ambassadors Committee

Chair - Judy Brown

As new affiliate members join KBOR, a REALTOR® member will be assigned to mentor the affiliate. This member, or ambassador, will help the affiliate get involved in projects, introduce them to the Board offices, etc. This committee is responsible for organizing the Affiliate Ambassador program.

Grievance and Professional Standards Committees

These two committees are the REALTOR® committees charged with policing our members in disputes between themselves. These committees are also responsible for assisting with disputes brought by the public against a REALTOR® member.
