KBOR Participant Programs
The Kosciusko Board of Realtors participates in the following programs as a means of giving back to this great community.
| Casa - Casa is a network of trained community volunteers who speak for the best interests of abused and neglected children in court. Many KBOR members give many hours to this cause of protecting the rights of the children in the county that come through the court system with out someone to speak for them. This requires many hours of unpaid time for the CASA volunteer and can be an emotional time for the advocate as well as the child. |
| Mobile Meals - Many of our members are active in the Mobile Meals program throughout the county. We deliver hot, healthy meals to people that are either unable to cook for themselves, need a boost after an illness or surgery or just need someone to stop by for a few minutes to be sure they are alright. This is a service of the counties Real Services program. |

Spooktacular
- The Spooktacular is held in downtown Warsaw. Children enjoy trick or
treating with the downtown vendors. A costume contest is held
on the Courthouse lawn. |
| Stuffed Animal Drive - KBOR members donated hundreds of small stuffed animals to local law enforcement agencies for the officers to have on hand when there is a need to comfort a child. Whether it is an accident scene or medical emergency, having a soft cuddly animal to hold can make a huge difference to a child. |
| Salvation Army - The Salvation Army is a recipient of not only our funds but our time as well as being a participant in our Shoes for Scholars program by screening the students and forwarding the requests to KBOR for assistance. The Salvation Army stands ready to assist needy families throughout the county. |
Many Service Clubs - We have many members that our
active in Lions Clubs, Kiwanis Clubs, Rotary and other service clubs
as well as their churches.

These are just a few of the many
projects and service areas that our KBOR members participate in to
make our communities a better place. Giving back to a community that gives so
much to us is the goal of our members.
