Meet the Team
Liz Decker
Association Executive
Liz joined the Kosciusko Board of REALTORS® in 2012 as the Association Executive. She was previously the Professional Standards Administrator for eight years with the Upstate Alliance of REALTORS® located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Prior to working with local REALTOR® Associations, Liz worked for fifteen years with Verizon Communications at the Irving, Texas Headquarters and then the North Region Headquarters in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
The Association Executive reports to the Kosciusko Board of REALTORS® Board of Directors. Liz is responsible for the daily affairs of the association within the framework of the goals and objectives set by the Board. Liz directs the staff to insure the objectives are attained, plans fulfilled and member needs met.

Heather Brannock
MLS Coordinator
Heather joined the Kosciusko Board of REALTORS® in the summer of 2025 as the MLS Coordinator. With a strong background in office administration, including her previous role as Office Administrator for RE/MAX Results, she brings years of organizational and administrative expertise to KBOR.
In her role, she provides training and support, assists with compliance, and offers technical help to ensure members can manage their business efficiently and effectively. She especially enjoys supporting agents so they can focus on growing their business with confidence.
She oversees all MLS inquiries, provides training, and supports REALTORS® to ensure compliance with Rules and Regulations. In addition, she manages KBOR’s social media platforms, website, communications, and newletters, and serves as the staff contact for the SUPRA system and Homes & Lifestyles Magazine.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her corgi.
