Meet the Team
Liz Decker
Association Executive
Liz joined the Kosciusko Board of REALTORS® in 2012 as the Association Executive. She was previously the Professional Standards Administrator for eight years with the Upstate Alliance of REALTORS® located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Prior to working with local REALTOR® Associations, Liz worked for fifteen years with Verizon Communications at the Irving, Texas Headquarters and then the North Region Headquarters in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
The Association Executive reports to the Kosciusko Board of REALTORS® Board of Directors. Liz is responsible for the daily affairs of the association within the framework of the goals and objectives set by the Board. Liz directs the staff to insure the objectives are attained, plans fulfilled and member needs met.

Michelle Cabrera
MLS Coordinator
Michelle joined the Kosciusko Board of REALTORS® in May of 2014 as the MLS Coordinator. She received her degree in Business Management and Finance shortly before starting at KBOR and has been able to put that knowledge to good use with her position.
Michelle handles all MLS questions, training and assists REALTORS® as needed ensuring the Rules and Regulations are being followed. She manages all of the social media sites as well as the KBOR website and is the staff contact for the SUPRA system and the Homes and Lifestyles Magazine.
Michelle has lived in Warsaw, IN for over 15 years.
