2020 KBOR REALTOR® of the Year
& Affiliate of the Year Announced!
Normally, the Kosciusko Board of REALTORS® (KBOR) honor their REALTOR® and Affiliate of the Year at their Annual Christmas Party. Unfortunately, that December 2020 event was cancelled due to COVID concerns. The presentations were finally made at KBOR’s first live meeting of 2021; the 2nd Quarter General Business Meeting. The General Business Meeting was held on April 21, 2021 at the Owl’s Nest with over 120 REALTORS® and Affiliate members in attendance.
The 2020 REALTOR® of the Year was presented to Angie Jarrett of the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group. The recipient of the REALTOR® of the Year demonstrates true Realtor spirit, is involved with their local association, volunteers in the community, has significant business accomplishments and lives by the Realtor Code of Ethics. Angie has been a REALTOR® for over 14 years as a member of the Sally Bailey Team. Besides her work as a REALTOR®, Angie has been an advocate for Joe’s Kids, Riley Children’s Hospital, Warsaw FFA and is a member of the Madison Elementary PTO. She is currently Vice President of the 2021 KBOR Board of Directors and PR Committee member.
The 2020 Affiliate of the Year was awarded to Shelley Dobbins of Ruoff Mortgage. KBOR can achieve all its community outreach goals and provide many of its Realtor services due to the partnership with Affiliate members like Shelley. Along with her position as a Senior Loan Officer with Ruoff Mortgage, Shelley is currently the Affiliate Director for the 2021 KBOR Board of Directors and Chair of the KBOR PR Committee and has sat on the Board of Directors for the Beaman Home.
