Vicky Decker

Vicky is a 30+ year Warsaw/Winona Lake resident. She is very proud of her involvement in the community including church, sorority, non-profits boards including Circle of Ivy at Ivy Tech, Habitat for Humanity and the Feed My Starving Children Warsaw Mobile Pack (ask her – she’ll get you involved!).  Vicky says, “One of the things I strive to provide my clients is a stress-free transaction.  So many things can come up during a real estate transaction and I feel that a big part of my job is to mediate that stress for clients.  Let’s face it – buying or selling a home is right up there on major life moments with marriage and kids. Keeping a transaction moving along smoothly and anticipating issues before they arise (and dealing with them fairly and calmly when they do) is the heart of the job.”. Vicky lives with her husband and her Springer Spaniel on the ‘Hood side of Warsaw/Winona Lake.
